Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of sales budget in the beginning of the year
  • Meeting Automobile OEMs and their sub suppliers
  • Presentation on Antiphon products
  • Understanding customer requirements and response to customers in co-ordination with technical team in Sweden
  • Lead Generation
  • Response to RFQs for new projects
  • Resolving Technical issues of the customers
  • Preparation and submission of quotations/ offers
  • Taking part in techno commercial negotiations
  • Closing of sales
  • Developing products in co-ordination with technical team in Sweden and Research & Development team at customers end
  • Co-ordination for sample development
  • To maintain and develop relationship with existing Automobile OEMs and their sub suppliers
  • Preparation and submission of quotations for new developments with existing and new customers
  • Repeat business
  • Identifying customers in other regions (North & South)
  • Maintaining details in CRM
  • Monitoring the customers from different regions
  • To achieve sales target
Desired profile of the candidate:
  • Diploma, BE/ B. Tech in Automobile/Mechanical/Production engineering
  • Post graduation in management will be an added advantage
  • 8 to 10 years sales/ marketing/ business development experience in Automotive Industry market
  • Knowledge of automotive quality systems , IATF
  • Self motivated and go getter
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure
  • Team player
  • Should have strong knowledge of Automobile industry
  • Particularly knowledge of acoustic solutions or material solutions to OEMs would be an added advantage.
  • Strong presentation/demonstration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel within India and to HQ in Sweden
