Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Credit Card Sales Trainer to train, coach, and develop sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of credit card sales, field sales processes, and modern sales techniques. The role involves onboarding new hires, identifying training needs, conducting classroom and field training, and improving overall sales performance.Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new sales executives.
    • Visit the field whenever required to provide practical training and support.
    • Identify training needs and create training plans to improve sales performance.
    • Train the team on credit card sales processes, objection handling, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
    • Stay updated with market trends and new sales methodologies and implement them in training programs.
    • Conduct regular refresher training sessions and team meetings.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide individual coaching and feedback.
    • Develop training materials, sales guidelines, and performance improvement plans.
    • Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and field observations.
    • Work closely with sales managers to achieve business targets.
    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
    • Strong knowledge of credit card products and field sales.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
    • Willingness to travel for field training and inductions.

    • Ability to motivate and coach sales teams.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
