Job Description

    As a Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Chat Process, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the United States. Your role combines customer service excellence with sales and upselling opportunities.You will:
    • Respond to incoming chats in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and promotions.
    • Proactively upsell and cross-sell products/services.
    • Handle objections empathetically to close sales.
    • Document all interactions in CRM systems.
    • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
    • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
    Eligibility & Skills
    • Experience: 02 years (freshers welcome)
    • Education: Minimum High School diploma; Bachelors preferred (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any field)
    • Skills: Excellent written English, customer-first attitude, problem-solving, multitasking, CRM knowledge, basic computer skills
    • Age Limit: Up to 32 years
    Shift & Working Hours
    • Shift: US Night Shift
    • Timings: 4:30 PM 1:30 AM (9-hour window)
    • Working Days: 5 days, 2 rotational offs
    Compensation & Benefits
    • CTC: 20,100 per month
    • In-hand Salary: 18,150 Night Shift Allowance 4,000
    • Total In-hand: Approx. 22,150 per month
    • Incentives: Performance-based (eligible after 90 days), quarterly incentives up to 9,000
    • Benefits: Home pickup & drop, medical insurance coverage up to 3 Lakh
