We are hiringCustomer Care ExecutiveswithDigital Banking experiencefor our voice process team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues related to digital banking products and services.Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with digital banking services such as mobile banking, net banking, and online transactions.
• Resolve queries, complaints, and service requests within defined timelines.
• Educate customers about digital banking features, safety measures, and new offerings.
• Maintain call logs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• 13 years of experience in customer care, preferably in banking or digital banking.
• Strong communication skills in English (and regional languages if applicable).
• Knowledge of banking products, digital channels, and basic financial terminology.
• Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.
• Graduate (any stream) banking certification is an added advantage.
