Job Description

    Job Summary:As a CRM Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute the companys customer relationship management (CRM) activities. You will play a crucial role in implementing CRM strategies and tactics to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty, ultimately aiming to increase customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth for the company.Responsibilities:
    • Develop and Execute CRM Strategies: Create and implement CRM strategies and tactics to increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
    • Customer Data Management: Manage customer data and segmentation to personalize communications and offers.
    • Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Create and manage targeted email campaigns, SMS campaigns, push notifications, and other communication channels to deliver relevant content and promotions.
    • Alignment with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure CRM activities are aligned with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve the customer experience and enhance loyalty.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
    • Collaboration with Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns aimed at increasing conversion rates.
    • Customer Service Collaboration: Work with the customer service team to ensure messaging and customer experience are consistent across all touchpoints.
    Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • CRM and Marketing Automation Experience: Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and extract valuable insights.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and effective project management skills.
    • Preferred Experience: Experience in B2B or B2C marketing is preferred.
