Job Description

    Post : Customer Relationship Executive Pre-Owned Cars & New CarJob Location : WorliDays & Timing : 6 days & 10 am & 6.30pm | 9.30 & 7.0 pmSalary Range : 25K to 30KKey Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer inquiries related to pre-owned vehicle sales.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
    • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.
    • Coordinate test drives and vehicle inspections.
    • Follow up with leads generated through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
    • Explain vehicle history, pricing, financing, and documentation processes.
    • Ensure smooth completion of sales transactions and customer handover.
    • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
    • Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
    • Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
