Job Description

    We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping customers.Key Responsibilities:
    • Customer Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points.
    • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure prompt and effective solutions are provided.
    • Customer Retention: Develop strategies and initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their continued loyalty.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback in CRM systems.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and suggestions to customers.
    • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services that meet customer needs.
