The ideal candidate will handle both voice and non-voice processes to address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support. Fluency in Tamil or Telugu is a must, as the role involves interacting with customers in their preferred language.Key Responsibilities
    • Voice Process:
      • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries, complaints, and requests.
      • Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and processes.
      • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department and ensure timely resolution.
    • Non-Voice Process:
      • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other written communication channels.
      • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
      • Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
    • General Responsibilities:
      • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
      • Stay updated on company products, services, and processes to provide accurate information.
      • Meet performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • Educational Background: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelors degree is preferred.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil or Telugu (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
    • Experience:
      • Prior experience in customer service (voice or non-voice) is an advantage but not mandatory.
      • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
      • Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute for non-voice processes.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
      • Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult situations.
