    Job Title: Customer Care AssociateLocation:Dadar, PrabhadeviSalary: Up to 30,000 per monthShift Timings: 9:00 AM 9:00 PM (Rotational Shifts) Week Off: Any 1 day in a week (Rotational)Age Limit - Max upto 35yrsJob SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Care Associate to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional support through calls and emails. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and email queries professionally.Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies.Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure timely closure.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.Process customer requests, order modifications, cancellations, and refunds as required.Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.Meet defined service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.Ensure adherence to shift schedules, attendance, and process guidelines.RequirementsGraduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.Good listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable working in rotational shifts between 9 AM and 9 PM.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsCustomer handling and conflict resolution.Basic computer proficiency.Documentation and record-keeping.Positive attitude and adaptability.
