    • Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.

    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
    • Prepare reports and maintain customer service records.
    Candidate Requirements
    • 4-10 years of experience in Customer Support within the Logistics industry is mandatory.
