    • Experience : 1 years of experience in OMS profile
    • Qualification : Graduation must
    • Gender : Female candidate only
    • Work time:6 days working (Mon - Sat) Morning shift (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)
    • Language known:Comfortable to speak in any 2 languages from (Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil or Telegu) with HINDI and ENGLISH
    Salary up to 22K per month (No deduction)Prior experience of Sales or Customer service experience is a must.Role :
    • Take enquiries from distributors.
    • Check inventory for availability, price feasibility.
    • Take, modify, retain cancelled orders from distributors.
    • Communicate shipment timelines.
    • Regular account management with distributors to generate orders.
    • Soft Collections of outstanding payments
    • Should be able to check OMS (Order Management Support) tools, use a lead management CRM.
