    • Graduate fresher can apply
    • HSC 6 months experience or more
    • Candidates with any Voice Process experience in BPO or non-BPO can also apply
    Salary :
    • Graduate Fresher - 24k incentive
    • Hsc / Graduate 6months experience - 28k incentive
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
    • Handle customer escalations, ensuring positive resolutions while maintaining the integrity of Airbnb policies.
    • Address customer concerns related to bookings, cancellations, policies, payments, and more.
