Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Night Shift)Location: [MALAD, THANE, BHYANDER, AIROLI, ANDHERI]Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:30 PM-10:00AM ANY 9 HRS OF SHIFT)Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries and provide support during night shift hours. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
    • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide accurate information about products/services.
    • Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
    • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
    • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
    • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
    • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work in night shifts and handle rotational offs.
    • Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles.
    • Experience with international/domestic voice or chat processes.
