Job Description

    Location:Bhandup west ,MumbaiDepartment: Sales / Customer Support Executive (BPO)Reports to: Sales ExecutiveJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Banking Telesales Representative to join our team. As a telesales professional, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote and sell our banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, insurance,oprations , collection and other financial products. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication and sales skills to engage and persuade potential clients.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales and Lead Generation:
      • Call potential customers from a provided database or new leads to introduce and promote banking products.
      • Use a consultative sales approach to understand the customers needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
      • Convert cold leads into loyal customers through effective product presentations and follow-ups.
      • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
      • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and offering product information.
      • Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls and personalized communication.
      • Handle customer objections, providing relevant solutions and building trust to drive sales.
    • Product Knowledge:
      • Stay up-to-date on the banks products, services, policies, and promotions.
      • Educate customers about the benefits and features of various financial products, including loans, credit cards, insurance, savings accounts, and other services.
    • Data Management:
      • Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
      • Maintain a pipeline of prospects, tracking their progress and follow-up requirements.
    • Compliance:
      • Adhere to banking regulations and policies, including data protection and privacy guidelines.
      • Follow ethical sales practices and ensure all customer interactions are compliant with industry standards and legal requirements.
    Skills and Qualifications:. Fresher
    • Experience:
      • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer service role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
      • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Communication Skills:
      • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone demeanor.
      • Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
      • Ability to explain complex financial products in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Customer-Centric:
      • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting customer needs.
      • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
      • Comfortable navigating banking software and systems to process applications and track sales.
    • Personal Attributes:
      • Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-focused.
      • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
    Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
