    Job descriptionMega Walk-In Drive @ Tech Mahindra Aiorli, Navi Mumbai 5 days Working: 2 days rotational shifts and off: Mumbai Location: Work from office Fresher can Apply, Graduation is Mandatory**Smooth interview process, Immediate joiners required.**Salary Range : 17900/- to 19700/- (Per month in hand) Total CTC: 2.42,600 LPA to 2,66,750 LPA Shift Timings Range : 8am to 8pm ( females), 8am to 11 pm( Male) Key Responsibilities:
    1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
    2. Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
    3. Provide product/service information and support.
    4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
    5. Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English
    2. Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
    3. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
