Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Support Associate Airbn
    • Salary: Based on your last drawn salary and interview performance (up to 28,000 per month).
    • Location: Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400090
    • Eligible Areas: Candidates residing between Mira Bhayandar and Churchgate can apply.
    • Shift: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
    • Age Limit: Up to 40 years
    • Job Type: Non-target-based, non-sales role purely customer interaction
    Job SummaryWe are looking for passionate and customer-focused professionals to join our Airbnb Customer Support team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions while maintaining Airbnbs high service standards.Key Responsibilities
    1. Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support.
    2. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
    3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
    4. Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
    5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex issues.
    6. Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

    Eligibility Criteria
    1. Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate (Freshers are welcome).
