Job Description

    Job Title:Customer Support ExecutiveLocation:[ Malad , Mumbai ]Job Type:Full-time | Rotational Shifts | Work from Office only | Night Shift ( Compulsory )We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International BPO team for the process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers globally, ensuring quick resolution and a great customer experience.Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails (as applicable) from international customers regarding account issues, payments, disputes, and other related concerns.
    • Understand customer queries and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
    • Resolve issues with empathy, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and quality standards.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels if necessary.
    Requirements:
    • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
    • Prior experience in International BPO/Customer Support is preferred.
    • Flexibility to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate.
