Job Description

    GreetingsWe are seeking a Customer Support Specialist - E-Content to provide assistance, training, and support to academic institutions, faculty, and students. You will coordinate closely with academicians, deliver presentations, conduct training sessions, and ensure seamless e-content integration for university programs.Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide support and training on e-content platforms for clients.
    • Conduct presentations and training sessions for academicians on platform usage.
    • Collaborate with academic partners to integrate e-content into their curriculum.
    • Troubleshoot issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Utilize MS Office and other tools for effective communication and reporting.
    Qualification:
    • Experience in customer support, preferably in e-learning or academic environments.
    • Strong communication, presentation skills, and confidence.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other tools.
    • Bachelors / Masters degree in management, HR or marketing , or a related field is a plus.
