Job Description

    1. Customer Inquiries:
      • Respond to customer questions via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
      • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
    2. Issue Resolution:
      • Troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
      • Handle complaints, requests, and returns professionally and effectively.
    3. Order Management:
      • Assist with order tracking, delivery updates, and processing returns or exchanges.
      • Update customer information and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    4. Product/Service Knowledge:
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.
      • Educate customers about new features, products, and services available.
    5. Customer Satisfaction:
      • Ensure that customers are satisfied with the solutions provided and the overall service experience.
      • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
    6. Collaboration:
      • Work closely with other teams, such as sales, technical support, and management, to resolve customer issues effectively.
      • Provide feedback on customer trends or recurring issues to improve service quality.
    7. Documentation:
      • Record and track customer issues in CRM systems and ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.
