Job Description

    Location:MumbaiExperience:2 - 3 YearsNotice Period:Immediate to 15 DaysCTC:10 - 18 LPAAbout the RoleAs anOT Cybersecurity ConsultantatNetConnect Global (NCG), you will play a pivotal role in protecting ouroperational technology (OT) environmentsfrom evolving cyber threats. You will lead security initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and work closely with engineering and operations teams to implementrobust cybersecurity measures. This role offers significant growth opportunities while contributing directly to the resilience and security of our systems.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implementcybersecurity policies and procedurestailored for OT environments.
    • Conductrisk assessments and vulnerability analysesto identify and mitigate threats to OT systems.
    • Leadincident response efforts, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve security incidents.
    • Design and executecybersecurity projects, integrating security monitoring tools and incident response frameworks.
    • Developstrategic roadmapsto enhance OT security posture.
    • Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams forseamless integrationof cybersecurity measures.
    • Communicate security risks and promotecybersecurity awarenessacross the organization.
    • Identify opportunities forinnovation in OT security practices.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelors degreein Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
    • Relevant certifications(e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP) preferred.
    • 23 yearsof experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on OT or industrial control systems (ICS).
    • Strong understanding ofICS, SCADA, and OT protocols.
    • Proficiency innetwork securityfor OT environments, including segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access.
    • Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
