Job Description

    Data Analysis Manager - Market Research and Analytics DivisionTheData Analysis Managerleads the data analytics function within the Market Research and Analytics Division, overseeing the processing, analysis, and visualization of complex data sets to deliver actionable insights. This role involves managing a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs, and aligning analytics initiatives with client and organizational goals.Key Responsibilities :-
    1. Team Leadership and Management:-
    • Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of data analysts to ensure optimal performance.
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality data insights.
    1. Data Strategy and Planning:-
    • Define the divisions data analysis roadmap in collaboration with the Market Research Manager.
    • Identify data sources, tools, and methodologies to meet current and future project needs.
    1. Advanced Analytics and Modeling:-
    • Lead the development and implementation of statistical models, predictive analytics, and data-driven solutions.
    • Ensure the use of appropriate tools and techniques for each project.
    1. Quality Assurance:-
    • Review and validate data analyses to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
    • Maintain data integrity by implementing quality control processes.
    1. Stakeholder Collaboration:-
    • Partner with internal teams and clients to understand project objectives and tailor data analysis efforts accordingly.
    • Present complex data findings in a simplified and actionable format to stakeholders.
    1. Innovation and Process Optimization:-
    • Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and workflows to enhance the divisions data capabilities.
    • Automate repetitive data tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
    7.Reporting and Visualization:-
    • Oversee the creation of dashboards, visualizations, and reports for internal and external use.
    • Ensure that insights are presented in a way that facilitates decision-making.
    Educational Background:-
    • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields. A Masters degree (e.g., MBA or Data Science) is strongly preferred.
    Work Experience:-
    • 5 to 8 yearsof experience in data analytics, with at least2 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of managing analytics teams and delivering impactful insights.
    Skills and Competencies:-
    1. Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
    2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
    3. Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SPSS) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
    5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
