Job Description

    Company: Leading General Insurance Co.Role: Data Analyst.Location: Mumbai.WorkDays:5.Industry Preference:General / Health Insurance.Experience:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with3 yearsof experience having a strong background in data extraction, management, and visualization, with proficiency in Power BI, R, and Python. You will be responsible for managing internal datasets, preparing insightful dashboards, and conducting research-based analysis to support business objectives.Responsibilities as a Data Analyst:
    1. Data Extraction & Management:
      • Extract, cleanse, and manage internal datasets to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
      • Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to provide clear visualizations of key metrics related to Topline and Bottomline performance.
    2. Dashboard Preparation:
      • Design and create comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into financial and operational performance.
      • Continuously monitor and update dashboards to reflect the latest data and trends.
    3. Adhoc Research & Reporting:
      • Conduct research-based analysis to prepare detailed reports on an as-needed basis.
      • Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business initiatives.
    4. Collaboration:
      • Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant analytical support.
      • Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders and team members.
    5. Data Quality & Improvement:
      • Identify opportunities for improving data processes and report generation.
      • Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards.
