Job Description

    Job Title:Data Center Monitoring Team LeadLocation:Chandivali, MumbaiJob Summary:1) Lead, mentor, and guide team members in application monitoring and incident management.2) Set clear objectives, define roles and responsibilities, and ensure team alignment.3) Provide regular feedback and support for team members and application owner .4) Monitor application performance, identify potential issues, and proactively address them.5) Analyse application logs, metrics, and performance data to identify trends and root causes of problems.6) Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and resolution.7) Document incident details, root causes, and resolutions for future reference.8) Identify areas for application performance improvement and propose solutions.9) Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement performance enhancements.10) Monitor the impact of performance improvements and ensure they meet business requirements.11) Stay up-to-date with the latest application monitoring technologies and best practices.12) Contribute to the development of monitoring dashboards and reports.13) Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, stakeholders, and other IT teams.14) Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and other teams to ensure application stability and performance.15) Participate in meetings and discussions related to application monitoring and incident management.Detailed Responsibilities:Manage Enterprise level Application Performance Monitoring tools.Provide technical training and mentoring to team membersManage 24/7 Monitoring TeamMaintain strong working relationships with other department leads .Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for configuration / process improvementsDocumentation & Dashboard presentationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts stakeholdersCoordination and Manage EscalationRevert or apply on hidden_email if interested in the opportunity hidden_mobile WhatsApp
