Job Description

    Delegate Acquisition ExecutiveWe are looking to hire dynamic candidates for the Production department in the role of Delegate Acquisition Executive within our Sales (Inside Sales) team.Key Responsibilities:
    • Acquire delegates for webinars, events, and conferences.
    • Reach out to potential delegates via phone calls to provide detailed information about upcoming conferences.
    • Send official invitations to delegates for events and webinars.
    • Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals, fostering strong relationships and networking.
    • Invite delegates to attend webinars, events, conferences, and other related activities.
    Candidate Criteria:
    • For Freshers:
      • Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month incentives ranging from 5,000 - 40,000.
      • Good communication skills and fluency in English.
    • For Experienced Candidates:
      • Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per month incentives ranging from 5,000 - 40,000.
      • Proven experience in sales and strong communication skills.
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Any Under-Graduate, Graduate, or Post-Graduate.
    • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
    • Confident, positive, and determined approach with the ability to convince and engage delegates.
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (freshers may also apply).
