Job Description

    • 17 Years of relevant experience in Java/ J2EE
    • Ability to Handle Multiple Delivery and Implementation project
    • Strong experience in handling fixed budget project.
    • Experience in budget estimation, resource allocation, handling client escalation, contracts.
    • Excellent record in SDLC and CMMI 5.0 process( can be CMM 3 also )
    • Able to handle multiple client and stakeholder
    • Ability to manager KPI and Profit and loss of projects( mainly ability to do projects within time line and budgeted manmonths i.e efficient delivery of sw deve projects
    • Ability to handle team of 50 team
    • Excellent communication and conflict management skill
    • Past exp. handling complex web application and enterprise grade application
    • Good understanding of J2EE stack technology
    • Exp. Working on open source platform
    • Work with internal QA , HR Sales and Pre Sales Team
