Job Description

    As a Delivery Rider Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing, screening, onboarding, and activation of delivery riders (gig workers/fleet personnel). You will design and execute high-volume recruitment strategies to ensure we meet daily and weekly fulfillment targets across various zones. [1, 2, 3]Key Responsibilities
    • High-Volume Sourcing: Attract delivery rider candidates through diverse channels, including social media, local community groups, job boards, flyer distributions, and referral programs. [1]
    • Screening & Verification: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet mandatory criteria (e.g., valid driving license, vehicle ownership, smartphone proficiency, and background checks).
    • Onboarding & Training: Guide selected candidates through the onboarding documentation process and facilitate basic training on app usage, delivery protocols, and safety guidelines. [1]
    • Fleet Activation: Ensure hired riders complete their first deliveries successfully, tracking activation rates and troubleshooting any initial friction.
    • Community Engagement: Build and maintain talent pipelines through offline activations, hyper-local marketing events, and strong relationship management within rider communities.
    • Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, conversion rates, and onboarding metrics using our internal applicant tracking system.
    Qualifications & Skills
    • Experience: 13 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, mass hiring, or field operations (experience recruiting gig workers, delivery riders, or drivers is highly preferred).
