Job Description

    * 1. Responsible for the building/development of sales team and performance of all sales team activities in assigned market.2. Staffs and coach, a sales team and provides leadership towards responsible growth (the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.)3. Establishes business plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area (to gain market share) and contributes to the upskilling of clients and our key account executives.4. Continuous monitoring and help to prepare an action plan by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads (opportunities) and prospects.5. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.6. Assists in the deployment and implementation of marketing plans (AMSP as needed.7. Conducts regular one-on-one review with all team members to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive s sales and activity performance.8. Provides and receives timely feedback to/from team and keep senior management updated regarding performance/behavior KPIs.9. Maintains and monitor/discuss accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by key account managers monthly basis.10. Lead from front large projects/prospects and creates/conducts necessary proposals/presentations.11. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.12. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated, understood an implemented within the team.13. Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management and ensures right people in right jobs.14. Foster Digitization, Gender equality, Diversity of culture and prepare implement action plan for one voice survey (ENPS) / Customer net promoter score (CNPS)., *The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria: 8-10 years of experience in sales management and minimum 4 years of team management. Experience with enterprise software solutions and large/matrix organizations. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to travel and work with diverse team of professionals. Understand Leadership Nuances and ability to drive sales teams from front. Education Qualification Preferable B.E. Elect. MBA additional qualification. Candidate shall be passionate, self -driven and team player. Adaptability-Create/ share/ adapt good practices, open to feedback, dealing with complexity & ambiguity Assertiveness Collaborative and Result Oriented.
