Job Description

    Responsibilities :
    • Manpower Planning:Assess manpower needs (Engineers & Technicians) for current and future workload, and manage recruitment.
    • Resource Allocation:Assign lead engineers and resources (engineers, draftsmen) based on project requirements.
    • Progress Review:Periodically assess project progress, adjusting resources as needed.
    • Team Motivation:Encourage colleagues to meet project deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Technical Support:Provide technical assistance to department colleagues as necessary.
    • Site Visits:Stay updated on projects by visiting sites for client feedback and corrective actions.
    • Engineering Standards:Develop and update civil-structural engineering standards, specifications, and materials.
    • Knowledge Update:Attend seminars on new technology and share insights with the team.
    • Software Management:Oversee software requirements for the department.
    • Training:Mentor and train junior engineers.
    Skills/Qualifications:
    • Required:Degree in Civil Engineering (20 years experience) or Masters in Civil-Structural Engineering (15 years experience).
    • Experience:20 years in engineering consultancy.
    Candidates from consulting organisations working on Projects other than O&G -worked on Industrial Projects : Pharma , Chemical, Manufacturing , Semi Conductor, FMCG / CD.Experience in Steel Structure Projects no RCCLocation: MumbaiInterested can share resume to hidden_email
