    Desktop Support EngineerJob description:Desktop OS and Application Installation and configuration, Understanding of Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting, Microsoft Outlook configuration. The idea of DHCP and IP Management. Install/uninstall/service Printers, scanners. Network switches, Wi-Fi, routers.Working Knowledge of Call Centre Dialler Solution. Knowledge of CCTV is preferred. Knowledge of Biometric Attendance and Access Control System Matrix is preferred.
