Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesHi,Warm Greetings!We are looking for DGM - Cyber Security for a reputed MNC company based at Mumbai & Ahmedabad.Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for Cyber Security Business management and technical leadership of this practice in Process Automation India Hub.
  • Will be responsible for Cyber security solutions to customers in India
  • Should have both OT and IT cyber Security domain knowledge and relevant experience.
  • Cyber Security Solutions will be composed of key elements of Cyber Protection that meet the customer needs.
  • Will formulate Business plan, resource plans, Supervise the implementation of solutions, ensure that the security infrastructure required to support those applications is in place. Drive Cyber Security based portfolio to enrich customer experience and ensure market competitiveness.
  • May also function as a requirements analyst and serve as the conduit between the customer and the Enterprise Global Cyber security team.
  • Will be required to evaluate existing and new technologies to determine their applicability and value for inclusion in the company security solutions.
  • Knowledge transfer is a requirement and will ensure that the customers remain up to date and offers the most effective solutions portfolio.
  • Technical research and updating knowledge/portfolio to meet security solution requirements
  • To provide technical leadership of Security Assessment and implementation of projects
  • Will own the Cyber Security Portfolio Initiative to drive across internally and externally. Work to ensure achievement of overall India target for Cyber Security Value added services
QualificationsPreferred certifications
  • Industry Specific Certifications: ISA99 and IC32,IC34, IC37, ISO27001, GSEC
  • Security Certifications: ISACA CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISC-CISSP
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
  • Automation Knowledge / OT Industry experience .
  • Develop Business Plan, Sales Strategy and track the same throughout business cycle.
  • Create White Papers, Customer Testimonials and Success Stories for Cyber Security
  • Handled Cyber Portfolio throughout the Layers of The Industry 4.0
  • High Passionate and Driving Nature.
  • Working with technical consulting, Design, Solution architect and industrial experience.
