Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!!Urgently requirement for DGM HR As well versed leading petro chem, manufacturing BIS approved transformer oil to multi locational, multi product one stop shop for quality lubricants and specialty oils Industry Opening in Bandra WJob Profile:-Strategic Human Resource; Functioning as the immediate successor to the Vice-President-Human Resources with the active role & Contribution in formulating Annual Manpower Budget, Job Analysis and other Initiatives for the organization in alignment to the Business Goals & Objectives. Responsible for Spearheading the implementation & Execution of the Strategic Human Resource Initiatives.HR Policies / Process / System; Formulating HR Policies to define Standard Procedures and Guidelines with respect to various HR practices and process followed within the Organization and review the existing policies and do the necessary changes from the Internal Corporate Audit perspectivePerformance Management System (PMS KRA Based); Driving a High Performance culture by ensuring goal setting, performance reviews and improvement plans are timely and tied to business results and ensuring the alignment to the business objectives. Partnering with the Cross-functional teams and ensuring successful roll out of Succession planning and Talent Assessment.Learning and Development; Identifying the Training Needs across all the levels through mapping of skills required for a particular positions, consolidating and prioritizing scheduling the trainings and measuring effectiveness of these programs. Conduct Training Workshop on Behavioral and Soft Skill like Communication, Emotional Intelligence etc.Employee Engagement Activities; Initiation & Implementation of employee engagement Initiatives for the employees (Monthly Birthday Celebrations, Celebration of Festivals, Health and Safety Awareness program.Implementation of SPINE HRMS Software; Project Leader for Implementation & Execution of Spine HRMS module like ESS, Attendance & Leave Management, Performance Management.Experience: - 12 to 15 yrsWorking Days: - 6 daysWe are lookingprofiles who are staying max. upto Borivali, Thane or Bombay Central OnlyCandidates in the age range of 38 to 45 yrs.
