Job Description

    Experience :Min 2 years - Digital SalesQualification :Graduate / Post GraduateCTC :Decent hike on your current CTCDepartment :Sales & MarketingLocation :FortRoles &Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customers emails2. Pitch our product (Stoxbox) information and features to the customers and onboard the customer. This is a target driven role3. Managing and resolving customer complaints4. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors5. Research required information using available resources6. Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software7. Route calls to appropriate resources8. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures9. Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls10.Follow up customer calls where necessary11. Complete call logs and reports
