Job Description

    This is for as an Analytics support resource for the global digital innovation and s strategic partneerRequirements:
    • 8 years of Consumer Analytics experience with specialization in Digital, CRM, eCommerce data sources (inclusive of transactional data)
    • Prior experience working within the Retail/CPG or FMCG industry. Experience in the nutrition category a plus 3 years of experience with statistical programming languages such as R or Python with the ability to cleanse, validate and model large sources of data (good experience with segmentation techniques, advanced regression modelling, media mix modelling, and statistical methods for experimentation) 3 years of experience with SQL.
    • Ability to think strategically, analyse and interpret market and consumer information across digital and non-digital sources
    • BS/Masters in a quantitative field (Business, Math/Statistics, Economics, CS, Engineering, or similar) is desired
    • Experience building data lakes for seamless data integration across departments and functions aiding better access to data and insights across functions
    • Create, Strategize, and develop a new Analytics (BI) Tools and solutions to empower business decisions, data integration, data analysis and data modeling and build Analytics COE, Business Analyst and data scientists team.
    • Analytics in charge of driving the day-to-day analytical approaches and exploring solutions to problems. He is also tasked with the management and long-term prioritization of the businesss overall analytical needs and opportunities.
    • Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies.
    • Provide analysis on key business and strategic questions that come up for discussion at top management reviews.
    • Collate, design and track reports as per business requirements and coordinate with Business intelligence/MIS team on automation of recurring reports using Macros & BI dashboards.
    • Migration of on premise/traditional databases to data lake architecture on cloud.
    • Analyzing and Presenting Analytical reports to Management on Business Intelligence Tool at regular intervals for effective business decisions.
    • Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through analytics and statistical modeling.
