Job Description

    To spearhead the digital marketing initiatives across the organization, driving customeracquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative and data-driven strategies. The roleinvolves leading the digital marketing team, optimizing digital channels, and ensuring the brandsonline presence aligns with business objectives and market trends.Creating and maintaining client relationships. Self-motivated yet customer-focused Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis Highly creative and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateSolid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.) Innovative mindset for campaigns.What youll bring to the team: Plans and executes all web, search engine optimization/search engine marketing(SEO/SEM), database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Measures and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluatingthem against goals such as return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators(KPIs). Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Identifies trends and insights from campaign data and optimizes spending andperformance accordingly. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies using digital marketing channels. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests to improve campaigneffectiveness. Collaborates with internal teams to develop landing pages and enhance user experience. Utilizes strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience acrossmultiple channels and touchpoints. Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points in user funnels and optimizesthem for improved performance. Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners to execute digital marketinginitiatives. Evaluates emerging technologies and provides insights for their potential adoption. Offers thought leadership and perspectives on digital marketing strategies andtechnologies.Requirements:What all qualifications do we expect:Were looking for someone with a decent educational background. Education requirements: MBA from premier institute. Experience: 8-10 Years of experience preferably minimum 2 years in thetelecommunications industry.
