    Position TitleManager -B&CC (Digital)Location :- MumbaiQualification Required:- MBA in Marketing.Experience Required:- Min.3 to 5 years/ Prefers Insurance Industry.Role:-To strategies, plan, deliver and monitor web based and marketing projects as per the specified timelines and within the budgeted costs.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness requirement analysis and documentation.Business requirement analysis and documentation.Drive implementation, management and monitoring of various tools/ applications on mobile platform.Create project plans and necessary documentation for successful implementation of projects.Liasoning with IT and other related business verticals for delivery of web based initiatives.Project Management:- Project Drafting & Documentation- Cross Functional Project Initiation & co-ordination- Project Updates & Trackers- Stakeholder conflict resolution- Project TAT & UAT management- Project launch management- Post Launch Support to the project implementation TeamManage performance of individuals in team through performance management techniquesKnowledge of Market Research techniques on digitalPerform trend analysis on MIS/ data and identify deficiencies (tools, metrics and reports) and recommend solutions to improve intranets, internet and other marketing tools.Person ProfileMBA in Marketing with approx 5 yrs experience in digital project managementExperience 3 to 5 yrs in project managementCollaborative in Interdepartmental co-ordinationsProactive in managing stakeholdersCritical competenciesProject management skillsGood inter-personal skills, High energy, positive personality, enthusiastic, self-driven and result orientedExcellent written, verbal communication skills and networking skillsReportingVP Brand & Corporate Communication
