Position: Sales Manager / Relationship Manager Direct Channel Industry: Life Insurance Department: Direct SalesJob Responsibilities:
• Generate new business through direct customer acquisition and company-provided leads.
• Meet prospective customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into policyholders.
• Ensure proper documentation, policy issuance, and customer servicing.
• Maintain sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
• For managerial roles, recruit, train, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
