Roles and Responsibilities
• Achieving sales target through assigned leads , which may be self-generated or generated by Branch operations, call centers and other sources
• Meeting prospective customers in the assigned geographies to understand their financial needs and selling insurance solutions
• Providing pre and post sales support
• Ensuring quality of business and persistency
Desired Qualification and Experience
• Education : Any Graduate
• Experience : Min. 6 months to 12 months Sales experience in life insurance and other sales.
• Age : Between 21 to 38 Years
Knowledge/Skills/ Ability
• The candidate should have a pleasant personality , good communication skills and a go-getter attitude
• Candidate must love the challenges of chasing and meeting sales targets
