*Management - Provide daily oversight and support for team members in order review Targets. - Resolve any daily resourcing issues that may arise. - Managing Vendor relationship for deployed functions Control - Build and maintain a strong control & risk management environment. Ensure all risks, issues and control gaps are escalated appropriately as per daily procedures ensuring accountability is maintained until resolution. Commercial - Ensure best practice is implemented as part of the Team-s daily processing requirement. - Help implement the department strategy working alongside the local and global teams and Senior Management. - Manage primary relationships in other regions and resolve any issues that may arise. Scope and Purpose of the Team-s Role: The primarily function within the team is the completion of daily tasks, including (but not limited to): - Performing review of Structured Notes and Exotic Derivative products as part of BAU. - The review involves verifying and reconciling trade economics between risk systems, confirmations/pricing supplements and booking models. - Trades must be reviewed within the mandated 60 days for completion of the TCR review for structured notes and exotic trades and the hire is required to maintain the required level of review throughout this process. - The team also has high visibility as the performance is sent to Global stakeholders and the ageing of the population is monitored closely. - Work closely with the Trading Desks and Trade Support groups across Asia, Europe and US. - Continuing looking to improve and automate current processes to minimize manual intervention. - Propose and drive strategic initiatives with global consensus in mind - Development of new metrics as the business needs change - Assist the management adhoc requests like Throughput analysis, risk assessment etc. The role involves liaising with the London/Asia Fixed Income Operations Trade Support Teams & Management, the Business Unit, IT and other operational support areas to ensure that controls are maintained and breaks are understood and resolved in a timely manner., *- Minimum Bachelor or Masters degree - Minimum 7 years- experience
