Job Description

    • Roles & Responsibilities:
      • Backup and Recovery Management: Manage backup and recovery solutions to ensure the integrity and availability of critical data and systems during BCP and DR drills. Test backup procedures regularly and implement improvements as needed.
      • System Resilience Testing: Conduct technical tests and simulations to validate the resilience of IT systems and applications under various disaster scenarios, such as hardware failures, cyber attacks, and natural disasters.
      • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, threats, and best practices in BCP and DR planning. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance technical capabilities and implement innovative solutions to improve resilience.
    • Key Competencies:
      • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Drill Specialist to oversee the technical aspects of BCP and DR drills within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, security protocols, and recovery procedures to ensure the effectiveness of BCP and DR plans. This role requires hands-on experience with relevant technologies and the ability to lead and execute drills in a complex technical environment.
      • Technical Drill Planning: Lead the planning and coordination of BCP and DR drills, including the development of technical scenarios, simulation of disaster events, and identification of critical systems and data for testing.
