    Job Description Role Title: Ecommerce Deputy Sales Manager Marketplace Educational Qualification: BCOM/ BA/ NIFT, PGDM (Marketing) Department: Sales Work Experience (No. of years and Industry): 3 to 6 years, Retail Apparel Industry Reports to: Business Head Any other specific requirement: Brands Giordano, Kenneth Cole & Daniel Hechter Company : Brandzstorm India Marketing Pvt Ltd CTC : 6 to 7.5 lacs Pre-Requisites: Own the terms of business with the Online Platforms - products, returns, ordering, etc. Ensure high-share of mind from the vendor. Build deep ties. Make Online Platforms in driving disruptive changes for the category Experience as a Merchandiser M S Office proficiency Knowledge Of photoshopping applications and a general flair for product marketing & social networking sites Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the complete, Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing, and gross margins. Develop Concept / Brand attributes and positioning strategy in line with Organizations guidelines. Responsible for developing the Sales targets with E-Commerce portals and making 360degree marketing plan to achieve the same on platforms like Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart etc Prepare the Annual online marketing budget for the e-commerce portals and allocate budget to brands with the break up in terms of season, campaign, media etc Prepare annual marketing calendar for E-Commerce portals Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart etc Manage appropriate product promotions on all E Commerce platforms in collaboration with platforms like Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart etc Designing and planning exclusive product ranges for e-commerce partners and working closely with design, product, and production team Recommend events specific to the brand, product category and season. Forecast along with e-commerce portal on the increase in traffic during the promotions. Ensure the listing of all the stock is live on the e-commerce portal. Know The Customer Job Description Deeply understand customer behaviour, develop new customer insights Own the business: Co-own the P&L, develop the business model, understand where opportunities are, and create a viable business to service them Know The Market Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc. Know The Competition Understand on-line and off-line players. Ensure selection stays well ahead of the competition Ecommerce Platform Partner Management Develop deep and long-standing relationship with the Partners - to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical Market Understanding Develop a thorough knowledge of the market - short term and long term trends Drive portfolio management for best offers and discounts for the customers Desired Background Must have hands-on experience in working on Ecommerce Marketplace Platforms like Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart etc etc Desired Competencies Desire and ability to think like the customer Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion Highly analytical Willing to take calculated risks to grow the category Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills Strong understanding of technology and business Must be willing to learn Job Description Ability to connect with people across teams & levels Planning and Execution Analytical Team work Communication Skills Presentation Skills
