Job Description

    • Senior Ecommerce Executive :
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Listing Management:
      • Manage product listings across all categories and brands, including handbags, luggage, and small leather goods (SLG).
      • Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and conversion.
    2. Content Development:
      • Write compelling and informative product descriptions and content.
      • Build A content to enhance the product detail pages and improve customer engagement.
    3. Inventory Management:
      • Ensure smooth inventory flow across all ecommerce portals.
      • Align inventories for ecommerce as per Ecommerce Rate of Sale (ROS) to maintain optimal stock levels.
      • Maintain cover to avoid out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
    4. Sales Analysis:
      • Conduct detailed sales analysis portal-wise and brand-wise.
      • Monitor and report on Average Selling Prices (ASPs), return rates, and product ratings & reviews.
    5. Campaign Management:
      • Identify the right products for marketing campaigns.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective campaigns.
      • Review Return on Investment (ROI) on marketing spends and provide insights for improvement.
    6. Purchase Order Processing:
      • Process Purchase Orders (POs) for Online Retail (OR) buyers.
      • Follow up on payments to ensure timely processing.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a senior role.
    • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and tools.
    • Excellent content writing and communication skills.
    • Proficient in sales analysis and inventory management.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
