Job Description

    Job Title: Ecommerce ExecutiveLocation: Kandivali, MumbaiJob Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Executive to manage and enhance our online sales channels.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage product listings, updates, and optimization on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce portals. etc.
    • Monitor product performance and implement strategies to boost sales and rankings.
    • Manage different Warehouses & FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and handle SKU management.
    • Ensure timely order processing, inventory updates, and shipment tracking.
    • Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock management and order dispatch.
    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals on e-commerce platforms.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility.
    • Analyze sales data and prepare detailed performance reports.
    • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
    • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure excellent service.
    • Work on improving ratings and reviews for products.
    Requirements:
    • Education: Any Graduate
    • Experience:
      • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management, Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
    • Skills:
      • Proficiency in managing warehouses, FBA and SKU inventory systems.
      • Strong knowledge of Excel for data management and reporting.
      • Good understanding of SEO, PPC, and online marketing strategies.
      • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
