Job Description

    Job Summary: As the Ecommerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our Shopify-based ecommerce platform, managing database systems, and implementing and maintaining our ERP system. Your responsibilities will include driving online sales growth, ensuring data accuracy, and streamlining business operations.Key Responsibilities:Shopify Management:
    • Manage and optimize the Shopify ecommerce platform for smooth operations and user-friendly experiences.
    • Implement and maintain design and functional improvements to the website.
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales, and user behavior for data-driven decisions.
    Database Management:
    • Maintain and update database systems to ensure data accuracy and security.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.
    • Develop and implement data backup and recovery procedures.
    ERP Implementation and Management:
    • Lead the selection and implementation of an ERP system aligned with business needs.
    • Customize and configure the ERP system to streamline business processes.
    • Train staff on ERP system usage and ensure ongoing maintenance and performance.
    Ecommerce Strategy and Growth:
    • Develop and execute strategies for online sales growth, including marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
    Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
    • Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability.
    • Implement efficient order fulfillment processes and oversee order accuracy.
    Reporting and Analytics:
    • Generate and analyze reports related to ecommerce performance, database health, and ERP system effectiveness.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to the senior management team.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in business, ecommerce, information technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in managing Shopify-based ecommerce platforms.
    • Strong expertise in database management and administration.
    • Demonstrated experience in ERP selection, implementation, and management.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Strong project management and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
    • Proactive problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
