Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    1. Support the development of OHS( Occupational Health And Safety) policies and programs.
    2. Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
    3. Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives.
    4. Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment).
    5. Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
    6. Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
    7. Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle workers compensation claims.
    8. Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
    9. Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
    Requirements & Skills:
    1. Advanced in Diploma in Industrial Safety.
    2. Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.
    3. Diligent with great attention to detail.
    4. Proficient in MS Office Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
    5. Strong communication skills.
