Job Description

    Job Location: Mumbai - Andheri (West)Education:B.E / B. Tech Electrical from Government Engineering College / Regional Engineering College (REC) / any other Engineering College of repute.Job Responsibility:1 Electrical Engineer: Responsibility-
    • Preparing list of Electrical and lighting conned loads.
    • Transformer & D.G set sizing.
    • Designing of Electrical & Lighting power distribution and controls schemes.
    • Calculating capacity of UPS system and working out best designs for same.
    • Designing of Emergency system.
    • Calculating of single line diagram for PCC, MCC & distribution system using 3D software.
    • Preparing technical specification of entire electrical panels, DBS and other components
    • used in electrical & lighting system.
    • Preparing BOQ & vendor solution of all Electrical & Lighting system including following:
    -Synchronization panels- PCC & MCC panels -Duct system -Cables, Switches, Sockets, Cable trays & its supporting system. -Tube Light Fittings -Fire Alarm System Assisting in procurement & inspection of above.
    • Exposure to BMS & EMS system is required.
    • Should be aware with execution of Clean & Black Utility systems and drawings
    • Good Command over AutoCAD and Revit MS Project
    • Dealing with the Client, Vendors and Suppliers and internal resources.
    • Knowledge of site execution, installation & commissioning, is value added.
    2. Electrical Lead Responsibility
    • To take lead in Electrical Project planning & execution and supervising a team of electrical engineers & draftsman for detailing, designing of cables & all other required accessories in electrical and lightning system
    • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project team functions to assist in managing engineering execution and project management issues.
    • Responsible for the conceptual designs, basic & detailed engineering of electrical & lighting system and their procurement inspection & execution to include:
    Preparing list of Electrical and lighting conned loads. Preparing Site Layout, Earthing Calculations, Transformer Calculations, Calculating Lighting required In Clean Room Area, Hazardous Area & all other supporting areas of the project Transformer & D.G set sizing. Designing of Electrical & Lighting power distribution and controls schemes. Calculating capacity of UPS system and working out best designs for same. Designing of Emergency system. Calculating of single line diagram for PCC, MCC & distribution system using 3D software. Preparing technical specification of entire electrical panels, DBS and other components used in electrical & lighting system. Preparing BOQ & vendor solution of all Electrical & Lighting system including following: -Synchronization panels - PCC & MCC panels -Duct system -Cables, Switches, Sockets, Cable trays & its supporting system. -Tube Light Fittings -Fire Alarm System Assisting in procurement & inspection of above. Putting up project execution schedule & assisting in site execution if required.
    • Make sure of Electrical & lighting system deliveries as per inspection reports.
    • Supervising & Monitoring Electrical contractors Team at Site.
    • Identification of new vendors, consultants etc. for to fulfill the project specifications time to time.
    • Should be aware with execution of electrical systems and drawings.
    • Knowledge of cGMP, GSP, GLP, ISO etc
    • Good Command over AutoCAD MS Project
