Grade/Level : Associate DirectorRoles and Responsibilities Engagement Partner for one of the large APAC Strategic Account. Position is based out of Mumbai, India. Serves as the senior onsite liaison for delivery. Works with the Delivery Partner, in country delivery head and the Client Partner Establishes and builds relationships with appropriate client-side peer(s). Resolves delivery issues. Understands and manages client expectations to result in an exceptional client experience Drives account penetration through proactive selling of Cognizants services, capabilities, and solutions through continuation and extension of existing programs Manage the Bid Vs Did for the account. Works with multiple Engagement Leads from various service lines Review business development artefacts Own the response to opportunities in terms of quality (content and form), timelines and completeness Hands-on management of complex bids and response/ solution of First of a Kind opportunity Ensure adequate coverage and high commitment levels to all Delivery Teams and Client Partners within the SBUs/ Geographies covered Assist Client Partners in Account Planning and execution of these plans Participate in Organizational brand promotion events (such as, Industry forums, Partnership forums, Analyst events) The Candidate will need to possess the following capabilities:
