Job Description

    Seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with 22 years in the oil & gas, refinery, chemical, or petrochemical sectors. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience in managing teams and complex projects.Key Responsibilities:
    • Engineering Leadership:Lead engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical excellence.
    • Project Oversight:Manage engineering from concept to execution, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and deadlines.
    • Technical Expertise:Provide advanced problem-solving and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation.
    • Team Management:Mentor and develop staff, promoting a high-performance team environment.
    • Budget and Resource Management:Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
    • Stakeholder Communication:Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to manage expectations.
    • Compliance and Safety:Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and promote a safety culture.
    • Quality Assurance:Oversee quality control for engineering deliverables.
    • Risk Management:Identify and mitigate engineering risks.
    • Continuous Improvement:Implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
    Qualifications:
    • Education:Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, etc.). A Masters degree or certifications (PE, PMP) is a plus.
    • Experience:22 years in engineering management within the oil & gas, refinery, or chemical sectors.
    Skills:
    • Strong technical knowledge in relevant industries.
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Expertise in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
