Job Description

      • Proven hands-on experience with Enterprise Corporate IT Systems.
      • Extensive knowledge of Server and SAN/NAS storage OS installations.
      • Proficiency in VMware or equivalent hyper-convergence technologies (such as Nutanix).
      • Expertise in Windows OS software installation and troubleshooting.
      • Experience with SCCM, Windows Group Policies, and Windows patch updates.
      • Skilled in the installation and maintenance of Anti-Virus servers, Endpoint Data Backup, and DLP solutions.
      • Familiarity with Active Directory, MS Exchange On-Premises, and Office 365 (Cloud).
      • Knowledge of Software and Database backup solutions.
      • Solid understanding of RAID configurations.
      • Strong troubleshooting abilities with a quick response time.
      • Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts and support outside regular office hours.
      Optional Added Advantage:
      • Experience with troubleshooting Apple macOS/Linux server OS.
      • Basic networking knowledge.
      • Familiarity with JAMF for macOS and iOS device management.
      • Awareness of emerging Broadcast Technologies.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
