Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities-Processing of Institutional trades, sending STP through various gateways like FT, NSDL- Supervising trade confirmation on STP gateways and Email scan copies of Contract notes & trade confirmation files (Excel formats) to be sent to institutional Clients.-Reporting & Confirmation of OTR & PTA to Exchanges.- Co-ordination with Clients & Custodians if any discrepancies (DVP/ERROR Trade).- Timely processing of Empanelment Documents to clients.- Verifying KYC & UCC of Institution Clients in Exchanges & Account Opening in Back Office.-Analysis of Brokerage credited for Institutional client.- Having knowledge of Buy-Back & OFS Process.-Maintaining of Client Master, Brokerage Master & Charges Master with back-office software.- Exchange Reporting for Retail Clients (Holding Statement/Segregation Report/Margin Reporting/Quarterly Settlement)-Compiling periodic (Daily/ Monthly /Quarterly/ Yearly) MIS reports to management and other stakeholders.Qualifications:A Bachelors Degree with 10 years of experience in equity operations or a similar role.Strong knowledge of settlements, clearing, and financial markets.Excellent leadership and communication skills.
