Job Description

    Position Name: Executive AssistantJob location - Andheri East MumbaiExp -4yearsSalary - 4-5lpaQualification-Graduate/MBA.Position Overview-We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support theChairman and Managing Director (CMD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ourcompany. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strongcommand of English, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This rolerequires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and a professional demeanor. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-dayoperation of the executive office and the broader companyResponsibilities:Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the CMD and CEO calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Correspondence and Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CMD and CEO, including emails, calls, and other forms of correspondence.Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CMD and CEO, including filing, record-keeping, and maintaining confidential documentsTravel Arrangements: Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements for the CMD and CEO, including transportation, accommodation, and itineraries.Project Assistance: Assist the CMD and CEO with special projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring timely completion and delivery.Event Planning: Organize company events, conferences, and offsite meetings, including logistics and coordination of participants.Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports as requested by the CMD and CEO.Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CMD and CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.Office Administration: Oversee and manage administrative tasks for the executive office, including supply management, office organization, and other related duties.Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company informationand executive matters.Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the CMD and CEO.Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under tight deadlines.Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software tools.Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.Flexibility: Willingness to work outside regular hours as needed to supportthe CMD and CEO.
